These terms govern your use of GhostClicks. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the service does

GhostClicks analyses traffic arriving from your paid advertising and identifies clicks whose characteristics are consistent with automated or repetitive non-genuine activity. Where you enable it, we add flagged IP addresses to exclusion lists in your Google Ads account.

2. What we do not promise

Read this section carefully. It sets realistic expectations.

We do not guarantee that all invalid traffic will be detected or blocked.
Google limits IP exclusions to 500 addresses per campaign. Traffic that rotates addresses can exceed what any exclusion list can hold.
Our classifications are statistical inferences, not determinations of fact about any person's identity or intent.
Google independently detects and refunds some invalid clicks. Activity we report may overlap with credits you already received.
We do not guarantee any specific improvement in cost, lead volume, or lead quality.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.
You confirm you are authorised to connect any advertising account you link.
You must disclose our measurement tag in your website's privacy policy and obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires.

4. Access to your advertising account

You grant access through Google's consent screen and may revoke it at any time at Google Account permissions. We will not create, pause, or modify campaigns, change budgets or bids, or access billing information. Where blocking is enabled, we modify only IP exclusion criteria on campaigns you have nominated.

5. Fees

Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
Refunds: full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

Use the service to analyse an advertising account you are not authorised to access.
Attempt to identify individual people from our classifications.
Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement with us.
Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics that do not identify you or your business to improve detection and publish industry benchmarks.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, and will give advance notice where practical.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses, including revenue attributed to traffic that was blocked or not blocked.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or if required to protect the service or comply with Google's requirements. On termination we stop processing and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
